5) I use EAN 13 and have 13 digits but the software tells me to use either 12, 14 or 17 digits. How do I use EAN 13 with 13 digits?
The 13th digit is the check code that is calculated automatically, so you do not need to type it in. If you enter 12 digits into the Data field, you get a valid bar code.

6) When I enter the ISBN number assigned to me in the Data field, I get the message "ISBN Incorrect Data" Why am I having this problem?
Please do not type prefix 978 and the 13th digit, because it's entered automatically. If you enter 9 digits into the Data field, you get a valid ISBN barcode.

7) Can I print my barcode in different colours, or white on a black background?

10) How to create and print barcode labels?
Just click on the barcode icon on the toolbar, and click on your label. After the barcode appears, just double click on it to open the barcode information panel on the right of the window. Please make the neccesary changes to the setting, then print.

11) I need to print consecutive numbered barcodes, how does it work?
It is simple. Just create a barcode object, double click on it to open the barcode info panel,
and check the Serialize check box on the Left. You may just print in the counter mode, or switch to the File mode,
when the barcode data is read from the delimited text file.
If you need to print barcodes with the arbitrary data, you can store this data in the text file in the comma delimited way,

and so on,
and select this file as the source for the barcode object.

12) How to generate and print many different barcodes on multiple labels?
You can click on the Serialize in the Barcode info panel, select the File tab, and then specify the name of the comma, space, colon, tab delimited file that contains the sequenc of the barcode data. Select Print afterwards.

13) Will this software allow me to saves all barcodes as an image file?
Yes, You are able to export your barcode as either Tiff, gif, jpg, png, BMP or WMF files. It's really easy, you just create a barcode object, double click on it to open the Barcode Info panel, and ender the desired barcode data and other settings. then use File > Export Barcode... menu.

15) When I enter the information that I need in the barcode, it adds additional characters. such as an $, /, +,% or even a number. What am I doing wrong?
To remove this additional character, please change the CheckSymbol to False.
